Collab Manager (Partnerships & Collaboration)

Build and manage the collaboration network that puts Rine Journey agents in front of real global problems — NGOs, universities, research labs, and creator partners.

What You Will Do

Identify, prospect, and qualify collaboration partners aligned with our problem domains.
Negotiate partnership terms, pilot scopes, and co-marketing agreements end-to-end.
Manage active partner relationships: kickoff, check-ins, deliverable tracking, renewals.
Coordinate internal teams (Research, Engineering, Marketing) to deliver partner pilots on time.
Maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM with weekly forecasts and status reporting.
Represent Rine Journey at meetups, conferences, and community events.

Requirements

2+ years in partnerships, business development, or project management.
Proven track record closing collaborations or deals (examples required).
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
Comfortable reading technical product context and translating it to partners.
Highly organized; experienced with Notion/Airtable/HubSpot or equivalent pipelines.
