1. Information we collect

When you apply through the Career Lab or contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send: your name, email address, resume or portfolio links, and the contents of your message.

Our website does not run advertising trackers. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, this policy will be updated before that change ships.

2. How we use it

Application materials are used solely to evaluate your candidacy for the role you applied to — and, where relevant, to consider you for other open roles at Rine Journey.

Email correspondence is used to respond to you and improve our hiring and product processes.

3. What we never do

We do not sell personal data. We do not share applicant information with third parties except service providers strictly necessary to operate (for example, email hosting), and only under confidentiality obligations.

4. Retention

Application data is retained for up to 12 months after the hiring decision unless you ask us to delete it sooner. You can request deletion at any time via the contact address below.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Write to hello@rinejourney.xyz and we will respond within 30 days.
